The Advisory Council will meet on January 25 at 7:00 p.m. at the church.

The Council consists of the moderator, the Church Clerk, and the chairperson and Vice-Chair (or a designate) from the major Boards (Deacons, Trustees) and committees (Christian Education, Missions, and Worship) of the church.

The Annual General Meeting of the church will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2-017 at 7:00 p.m. to

• hear reports on activities for 2016,
• elect the slate of officers for 2017,
• to approve the budget for 2017, and
• to transact other business as required.

All members are encouraged to attend this meeting.

In the event that we are prevented from conducting the necessary business on that date, we will reconvene on Sunday, February 12 after the morning service.
